SCARLET FEVER

Rev.17:1b,3-4,5,6 "And he carried me away into a desert in spirit. And I saw a woman sitting upon a SCARLET wild beast.....And the woman was arrayed with purple and SCARLET......And upon her forehead a name written, a secret: Babylon the Great, the Mother of the Harlots and of the abominations of the earth. And I saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus...."

Physical blood is the human's "life force". The "blood" of the saints and the witnesses of Jesus has a deeper meaning than physical blood.

Before describing what the meaning of "blood" is in these passages, we must know "who" the woman is and/or what she represents.

The woman is the visible "christian" religious system that exists on the earth today. She is a false Body of christ, a false Bride of Christ, and a false Assembly of God. But she is even more then that. She is the "religious face" or facet of the world system; the wild beast with seven heads and ten horns, upon which the woman sits, and her scarletness is actually the beast's scarletness showing through her "religious face". Scarlet represents anger or hatred. Her face of course is not a literal face, but an "image presented in the world" of so called pious goodness, but behind the outward presentation is ANGER/HATRED. Evil always shows itself outwardly as ostensible good. This is how it ensnares all those who trust in it's systems.

It's systems are called "mountains" which symbolize pride/high mindedness/self exaltation, and "kings" are spheres/realms/areas of authority-earthly authority.

Rev. 17:9 "Here is the mind that has wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains whereupon the woman sits; and they are (also) seven kings...."

In Rev. 17:1b, John records that the woman is also sittiing "upon many waters" and the messenger showing John these things, tells him what the "waters" are:

Rev.17:15" And he said unto me, the waters which you saw, where the harlot sits ARE PEOPLES and MULTITUDES and NATIONS and TONGUES".

The waters are the same as the "sea" which has been described in previous posts. It is the mass of mankind led by intellect/reason controlled emotion-the emotions go up and down and are tossed to and fro like the sea. Intellect, reason, and emotion "play games with each other".

Remember the wild beast "initially" comes up out of the sea, Rev 13:1. It is the same wild beast the woman sits on. NOT ONLY IS SHE SUPPORTED BY THE MASS OF RELIGIOUS "CHRISTIAN PROFESSORS", BUT SHE IN TURN OPPRESSES/HOLDS DOWN (sits on) THE SAME. This is where the "blood" comes in.

The "average professing christian" thinks that this "bloodsucking" visible system is the Body of Christ represented in the earth. They have no concept that God might have something else in mind. The system is continually reinforced by it's mouthpiece's whom the people believe is the voice of God speaking. The system is one giant soul stealer, because THE SAINTS AND WITNESSES OF JESUS WHO INSIST ON REMAINING IN THE SYSTEM HOPING TO REFORM IT FROM THE INSIDE, IN THE END FIND OUT THEY HAVE BEEN DECEIVED AND HAVE WASTED THEIR LIVES WORKING FOR IT, SUPPORTING IT WITH THEIR FINANCES, AND GIVING IT THEIR ALL-THEIR LIFE BLOOD. They don't realize what they have been involved in until they leave behind their physical bodies and find themselves "under the alter" crying out for God to take vengence on those who have "slain" them. Rev.6:9-11.
