What follows cannot be obtained from a book; specifically the book we call the Bible. All that God is cannot be contained in one book.

Despite what the theologians say, God did not stop speaking when the so-called canon was finished c. 300-400AD. Revelation is progressive and on going today; it is nothing more then God revealing Himself: His character/nature; how the created order reveals that character/nature; what the Spirit is and how He works; how can that which is visible/tangible come out of that which is invisible/non tangible, and what is time and how did it come to be, and etc. ?

Do you think only scientists can discover these things? Would God reveal His Truth to self exalting, truth suppressing "researchers" such as these; they who suppress within themselves the idea of God and refuse to go where their research leads? The answer of course is no; and no, revelation didn't stop when Paul and John died either.

The "canon" is not what Paul was speaking of when he said, "when that which is perfect (or complete) is come, then that which is in part shall be done away". - 1Cor 13:10. All of the bible translations we have today have been translated by men through their "theological filter". None of them are perfect, therefore they are incomplete.

The "completeness/perfection" is SPIRITUAL ADULTHOOD. It is the fullness of Christ in an individual when he (the individual) sees all things are of God and has laid aside the "in part" seeing of good and evil of the child stage.

One of the aspects of seeing God in all things is understanding that everything that lives in the created order does so by the Spirit of God. The Spirit of God, being the character/nature of God, contains within itself the ability to take form as tangible, visible objects of beauty, benefit, and purposefulness, because of it's self giving nature. Also within each form is a waterlike substance which is the life of the form and it's "waterlikeness" is the visible manifestation of the Spirit within it. God didn't just create things and "sit back on His heavenly rocking chair" and watch everything grow. His Spirit infuses and is THE LIVINGNESS OF ALL THAT LIVES. The dictionary says sap is the waterlike substance which flows through a plant's vascular system. This is the plant's livingness which is actually Spirit manifested as the plant's "water of life".

So the natural; ie, the living created order, is actually "in" the Spiritual. The living order would not be living without the Spirit infusing it with His life. The spiritual is the natural's "ground of being".

God, being one, could not express Himself as One, but as MANY; hence, the multitudinous displays of forms expressing His nature of "self" givingness.
